Colin specialises assisting existing businesses with growth and expansion plans and mentoring small businesses at start up or project development stage.

 

An MBA graduate, his previous experience includes senior management in the public sector where he was responsible for a £50m capital development plan, 250 staff and an annual revenue budget of £16m.

• Leading a Strategic Review for a major Construction Company, repositioning it and overseeing its current growth plan.
• Feasibility study and bid re: a major Grade 2 listed building restaurant conversion project, securing £480k grant in aid.
• Major 25,000 sq ft office funding feasibility and grant bid, securing a £1.6m property development grant.
