Brian is a graduate of Bristol University, and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1975 from the Cardiff office of what was then Whinney Murray. He has held roles as Chief Accountant and Finance Director in industry as well as posts of Managing Director of two manufacturing companies in the Rockwool International Group. He has a wealth of business experience and of growing companies - and also re vitalising static organisations.

Brian has a strong grasp of costing and profit improvemen as well as organisational development and the strains of growing a company in a dynamic environment and the need to develop the marketing aspects of manufacturing companies to complement their production skills. He worked for three years in Poland as Managing Director of the Rockwool company before returning to the UK to run the UK operation in Pencoed near Bridgend. He has experience in dealing with the construction industry and distribution of building products.
