Lyndon has over 20 years experience in high technology engineering & manufacturing environments, having in the latter half of his industrial career served on the senior managment team of a large SME with international subsidiaries and having responsibilities for the full spread of international B2B marekting activities including marcoms & website, eomcpetitive anaysis & positioning, product & contracts management, acting as 'Voice of Custome' in all product development processes and identifying synergies & overlaps with potential acquisition candidates. This activity was built upon an early career of 9 years spent in product design and development engineering, including the management of R & D project teams.

Now in his second year working as an advisor/mentor in Venture Wales' SW Wales team, Lyndon has successfully delivered support projects to both pre- and post-start businesses in areas such as Pharmaceuticals, Structural Engineering & Fabrication, footwear manaufacture, Modular Buildings, Marine Engineering, Children's Play Centre and Building Products.

A common theme has been the need to raise finance and Lyndon has assisted several clients in successfully raising finance through Finance Wales, the SIF Grant Scheme, the SW Wales Business Finance Initiative and the Pembrokeshire Lottery.
