A Chartered Management Accountant, offering practical advice & support to high growth, business start-ups in North East Wales. Main areas of support being: grant funding, forecasting, financial systems & processes, costing and cost analysis.

An experienced Finance Director from the manufacturing and utility sectors, with expertise in managing business turnaround, re-structuring, major cost-out initiatives, integration of acquisitions and disposal of loss making plants. Undertook a number of senior roles in a major European organisation, including a UK Division (£120m turnover).
