Paul gained his business counselling experience in his role as Regional Business Support Manager for British Coal Enterprise between 1989 and 1996 where he was responsibile for over 300 clients. He was also responsible for developing 100,000 sq ft of office and light industrial accommodation for BCE in the region which was ultimately sold in 1996 for several £m. Paul joined Venture Wales in 1996 and was appointed Senior Business Adviser in Blaenau Gwent. During this time ,Paul gained his MBA and also achieved his NVQ 4 in Business Counselling along with the RSA’s D32, D33 and D36 assessor’s award. Paul has also been pivotal in gaining approximately £1..25m ERDF grant aid for the Company’s business support activities.
