Chris is an experienced business consultant and advisor, executive coach and organisational and human resource development consultant. With a lifelong passion for developing human and organisational potential, he has the know-how and experience to enable his SME and corporate clients to achieve business objectives and outcomes. Using business planning processes, he works closely with clients, to define business opportunities, to resolve problem issues and to achieve preferred outcomes.
Chris has a BA (hons) in Economics and Marketing and an MA in International Politics and has gained extensive experience in a variety of industries. His key strength is in working with clients to define strategy and objectives, develop business plans and project plans actions and to deliver results. Chris has a clear understanding and experience of business fundamentals – business and marketing strategy and planning – and developing human potential.
His consultancy work has focussed on working with key people in organisations – large and small – to transform and grow their business. He is very practical and pragmatic, seeking high yield solutions.
Chris is a published author on Business Simulations and has won two UK National Training Awards for designing and facilitating large change management projects.
